Easy Nex is a Software as a Service (SAAS) platform that allows users to create virtual conversational agents using a no-code tool. Users can interact with these agents, share them, edit and improve public agents, and contribute to the community.
To use Easy Nex, users must be at least 18 years old or have a parent or guardian present at any time the software is used. Users are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and secure, and they are also responsible for any activity that occurs under their account.
You retain ownership of any content you create using Easy Nex. However, by using the service, you grant Educacion Global, Inc. (a.k.a. Easy Nex) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of enhancing and improving the service, as well as for research and development, content optimization, and other related purposes.
You agree not to use Easy Nex for any unlawful, harmful, or unethical purpose.
This includes but is not limited to:
Easy Nex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
Easy Nex may terminate your access to the service at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time.
Easy Nex is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service.
Easy Nex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Easy Nex offers different pricing tiers:
Free Tier: The service is free to use, and users receive up to 11 credits per month (limits may apply).
Premium Tier: This tier costs $11 monthly and includes 33 credits per month.
Pro Tier: The Pro Tier costs $33 monthly and includes 77 credits per month.
Enterprise Tier: The Enterprise Tier starts at $55 monthly and allows companies to build branded services.
Additionally, there is an extra $1 monthly fee for credits used outside of your included limits.
Each credit is valid for each customer that contacts your Agents. If you have multiple agents, you would only pay for each unique customer.
Unused credits expire every month.
Pricing is subject to changes, and it may or may not be notified in advance.
Payment Details:
- All transactions will be performed at the platform's discretion.
- In the event that a payment is not completed, it will be retried for the next 30 days until it's charged successfully.
- If a user removes their payment card, the service will not be available until valid payment information is provided.
